bestofthebest(Rainbow Dash appears on the 'Gear in a slightly annoyed mood. Sure, she woke up to the happy cheers of her team -which included Blaze, Tank and Daring as the Grass type had resumed her filming duties- but upon finding out what her friends tried to do for her WHILE she was out...
For Celestia's sake, she wasn't possessed or anything weird like that! Rainbow just had a super-freaky dream which ended with her getting a black & orange colored bag with her name on it! Nothing else too serious happened, right?)
...I usually like Nightmare Night, or whatever holiday you guys call it 'cause that's the best time of the year for pranks but I didn't even get to pull ONE prank the entire day!
(The reason being is that Rainbow had to get past some weird, eerie feelings of what occurred and that took quite a few hours which meant she wasn't eager for setting up pranks.)
At least I got something nice for Scales, and a few other cool things for my 'Mons.
(Rainbow's referring to the special item in said black & orange bag that, after giving some thought to the matter, she chose to give it to MIssus Scales, her Milotic.)

He hopped on her bed, also carrying an orange and black goodie bag with his name emblazoned on it. “Oh wow you got one too! This is great! …except there’s no candy in it for a starving baby dragon…only for his pokemon…”
Spike was in a great mood – no more scary noises or ghosts, Rainbow Dash seemed to be fine, and he got a goody bag!
There was the little matter of the two new pokemon that seem to have latched on to him. But he’d deal with those later.

He brightened at Rainbow’s suggestion. “That’s a great idea! Except I’ll have to make sure Twilight doesn’t find out. You know what she’s like.” He rolled his eyes. If Pinkie were here, she’d definitely be able to find a poor growing dragon some candy!

"Hehehe, yeah; if she found out, she'd be like 'Spike, you know candy rots your teeth and if you have too much you'll get a tummyache.'" Pinkie definitely would've been able to get some candy for everypony if she was here!

Date: 2013-11-07 12:37 am (UTC)Except that John had said that last Nightmare Night people had been possessed. Spike was reminded of his two new unwelcome guests. He had no idea how he was going to deal with them. He shoved the thought aside for the moment.
“Yeah she was. She had her strongest pokemon out and they were all charging through the city, carrying you. At night.” Spike made sure to emphasise this point, with lots of gesturing. “There were ghosts coming from everywhere! But we protected you! Raspberry was awesome!” Spike didn’t mention that Twilight’s ghost robot Pokémon Robo had been carrying him around like an unhatched dragon egg pretty much the whole time. That had been embarrassing!
Spike laughed at Rainbow Dash’s impression of Twilight. “Wow you sounded exactly like her! Do Applejack!”

"Hehehe, you think so huh? Get a load of this one: 'Now Spike, I reckon y'all have been doing a marvelous job trainin' your Pokeymon but ya can' be slackin' off with that Pinchy o' yours causin' a ruckus every day! Thought you an' Rainbow Dash were supposed ta keep him under control by now.'"
Surprisingly, Rainbow's impression of Applejack was quite better than she'd expected it to be.
